“Very happy with communication from Charles Clinkard, products speak for themselves. VERY UNHAPPY with courier service DPD!!!!!! Reason, products delivered via DPD are nearly always just thrown over driveway gate and left exposed. This Charles Clinkard delivery - I was away from house but left a safe place,as I do with all other delivery. DPD did not deliver, i watched them leave property with parcel,I had to chase”

“The total cost of the Hotter shoes + delivery was cheaper than buying direct from Hotter, which is why I bought from CC. But, what I found odd, was the order status stayed as 'processing' for days and I had no order/delivery tracking. I contacted customer service via chat, who confirmed the order was processing, yet the recipient of the order called me later that day to say they'd been delivered that day, so something between the website and the fulfilment chain isn't synchronised.”

“Visit to the Chichester store. 1. Request for shoes for flat, over pronation feet was dismissed by a server who suggested I go to an orthotic store. Then, served by Harry who explained what I needed and voila, a great pair of shoes that fulfil all my criteria. Thank You, Harry!"!”
