“Love my new blue Lunar boots. They are a proper generous uk size 8. They look and feel like leather and are stylish and waterproof. The Charles Clinkard store was excellent. They gave a new customer voucher code and sent the boots i ordered immediately which i received 2 days later. They have many good quality boots at good prices and cater for larger feet too which not all shops do nowadays. I will check put their newsletters too.”

“Nicky, at Cribs Causeway store, was extremely helpful when I visited the store on 28/10/25. Even though the size of shoe I requested was not available she offered me the next size up to try to ensure it is the look I wanted. subsequently she has ordered me a pair in the correct size and I await now hearing that they have been delivered to store. “I've been shopping with Charles Clinkard for years and buy Gabor, always had excellent service. I finally found a pair of leather high boots, correct heal hight, calf etc plus at the weekend I had a generous 20% off which was terrific. Ordered on Sunday arrived on Tuesday, I opened the box to find 2 left boots ! I didn't find it funny, I suppose someone else has 2 right boots !! C. C. said they would inform the factory. I also noticed the soles were very smooth not ideal for winter, my slippers have more grip, needless to say I didn't want a replacement. Not my usual customer service from Charles Clinkard.”
