“I’ve been buying shoes online for a while now but I used to buy all my shoes at Charles Clinkard because they always had not only the best shoes for every occasion but the best customer service. I’ve just bought some shoes from them online but they didn’t fit so I returned them to the shop. It was fantastic to be given honest and professional advice and even better to know that this type of customer service is still there. I won’t be buying shoes online anymore! Thank you.”

York posted me a pair of boots to Cambridge. Sandles l have just received, shops hadn't got them, so put me through to their Online shopping. Bingo. they had them Nothing too much trouble.”

“I visited the Milton Keynes shop to buy shoes for a posh occasion. I went there on a Tuesday morning so it was nice and quiet. I had the sole attention of a lovely assistant. I liked 2 pairs in particular but bought the most appropriate pair. I noticed that there was a special discount recently so I bought the second pair online. Really pleased. Trying on the shoes in a shop is preferable to online even if it is easy to return them.”
