“Ordering and delivery were fine. Materials used in the product were of good quality. I ordered because of satisfaction with a previous similar pair of your "mule" slippers but find the new pair less firm with a thinner sole. The inner sole feels slightly "lumpy" and is too thin. To say that if I trod on a 50p piece I could tell "heads or tails" would be an exaggeration but this has come to mind when wearing them. On balance, my opinion is that they are not as good as my previous pair and I will not reorder in the future.”
