“I ordered trainers but had to return them at my own cost. I was surprised at this as most companies provide a returns label. As the trainers were of high value it cost me over £11 to return them which has put me off ordering from Charles Clinkard in the future.”

As we offer free Standard Delivery over £50, our Return Policy does ask that customers cover the cost of return postage. However, I understand this can be frustrating when you are met with high return costs at the Post Office. “Spanish , Pinaz Wave sandals. Lovely black&raffia style . Bought my usual size 5 (managed to buy a similar style tote bag in my local high street too) so a good day to smile . Slightly tight to get on initially as my feet were hot but because the lining is leather they will flex; and it's always good to wear shoes/sandals in at home a bit at first anyway. Clinkard's service is excellent , packaging is great , staff are polite and a pleasure to buy from . Thank you all 🏆.”
