“Exceptional customer service - Shrewsbury Branch by Mandy and the Team. Bought my usual size Elder Gabor Loafers online but they were too big because of the wide fitting. Couldn't find the smaller size online. Contacted my local: Shrewsbury Branch who then located a size smaller and let me try on both pairs in store to compare. Thank you ladies for all your efforts and professionalism. The smaller ones were a perfect fit. The Gabor Elder Loafers are a work of art.”

“The order was delivered within a couple of days of the order being placed.Unfortunately the shoes were too small so I had to send them back but the refund was made very quickly. I shall order from here again.”
