“I visited the Milton Keynes shop to buy shoes for a posh occasion. I went there on a Tuesday morning so it was nice and quiet. I had the sole attention of a lovely assistant. I liked 2 pairs in particular but bought the most appropriate pair. I noticed that there was a special discount recently so I bought the second pair online. Really pleased. Trying on the shoes in a shop is preferable to online even if it is easy to return them.”

“I bought some sandals on line that weren’t exactly what I wanted. They were lovely although they didn’t fit with my needs. They arrived very promptly and in perfect condition. I took them back to the Warwick clinkards store. The service I got was second to none. The lady who served me was patient and extremely helpful. In the end I bought a pair of beautiful Gabor sandals that were exactly just perfect for my needs”
