“My go to shoe shop now (usually when visiting Keswick), excellent quality and having wide feet I find their shoes fit well. I have 5 CC pairs on the go at the moment, and when my Merrell walking shoes need replacing I'm going on give the CC version of same a go”

“I shopped in the Milton Keynes store yesterday and received excellent service by Carolyn. She was helpful, incredibly knowledgeable about the brands and sizing options and made me really want to buy from the store. I came away with quality boots at a good price, after looking in all the other shops all day. Charles Clinkard had the best choice by far. I will be a returning customer.”

“I have shopped at Charles Clinkard in Newbury today and am overwhelmed with the courtesy and helpfulness I was offered. I had a pair of boots I needed to return and had damaged the box. I had taken ages to decide - the boots are lovely and I so wanted them to fit. But in the end I returned them and Newbury made no fuss and refunded immediately even remembering me purchasing the boots a few weeks earlier. I felt valued … even though I was returning. This has encouraged me to return to Charles Clinkard again for my next pair of shoes. Thank you”
