“Excellent customer service from Rosie. When shoes arrived they were the wrong ones. I contacted Rosie from Customer Services on Monday morning (20/7) and told her the mix up. Because of the mix up she sent me a return label to enable the return of said shoes which were posted back Tuesday (21/07). By Tuesday afternoon she had sorted the mix-up and the sandals I had ordered were delivered by dpd this morning (22/07) at 9.30 am. Exceptional customer service. Thank you C Jones”

“The shoes I chose were not in stock in the size/colour I wanted. It was a Sunday afternoon. The assistant offered to order them for free delivery to my home which I accepted and paid. They arrived on the following Tuesday. That is service and well done the young girl assistant who did not let me leave without a sale! Well done for sales and service and the shoes aren't bad either.”
