However, we offer a Royal Mail label on our website for £3.20 to give our customers a reasonable price. “I’ve been buying shoes online for a while now but I used to buy all my shoes at Charles Clinkard because they always had not only the best shoes for every occasion but the best customer service. I’ve just bought some shoes from them online but they didn’t fit so I returned them to the shop. It was fantastic to be given honest and professional advice and even better to know that this type of customer service is still there. I won’t be buying shoes online anymore! Thank you.”
