“The service was great but I was a little disappointed with the quality of the leather on the boots I bought. I have kept them as I love the style and glad I got them at a reduced price, which was still £80 as if I'd paid the original price they definitely would have been returned.”

“Beautiful boots but unfortunately too narrow so had to be returned. They were an H fit which was apparently supposed to be wide (Gabor). I don’t have wide feet so was a bit apprehensive about ordering them but in fact they were just too narrow. My return and refund was processed very quickly but I did have to pay £9.50 postage to return due to the cost of the boots (£99).”

“Pleased to see the shoes delivered so quickly however the DPD driver knocked on the door didn't say a word, handed the parcel to me whilst at the same time keeping his back to me. A thoroughly distasteful attitude. Otherwise everything went well, thank you.”

“Very good selection of smart, comfortable looking footwear in the Broadway shop. Service was very good but there were a shortage of black Sketchers in required size in the shop. Assistant ordered the pair I wanted in black and they were delivered to my house in less than 1 week, so a very good experience.”

“Both boots and shoes fit perfectly and are well worth the money. Very pleased with the purchase. However I like to store my shoes and boots in the box as this always gives best care and the boots box was squashed and damaged as the boxes came in a plastic bag. The shoe box was not damaged as this was a much stronger box. I wondered why when the cost of the boots was far greater. Just a bit of food for thought as I love Clinard shoes. I have bought 5 pairs and a bag this year from you so spend a considerable amount of money with yourselves. Thank you for taking note of my message.”

“I received the wrong sandals, which was disappointing, but I was able to talk to someone immediately. I was sent a label to return the parcel and received my original order a few days later. The sandals are exactly as I expected and I am perfectly happy with the outcome, although inconvenient at the time.”

“Excellent service from the Wetherby shop. My wife knew the Redcar shop was closed. So we went to Middlesbrough the said shoes were not available in the size so they said there is a pair in Wetherby. It is a shame they didn’t offer the ordering service as Wetherby. My wife received the shoes on the delivery date s forecast by Wetherby. Let down by Middlesbrough”
