“I ordered a pair of shoes that turned out to be too tight. I returned the shoes and as soon as they had arrived at Charles Clifford, I was sent an acknowledgement email to that effect. Wonderfull service in a very competative market!”

“My shoes arrived in good time and are exactly as described. I have the same shoe already in a different colour so knew what to expect and that they would fit. Got a courtesy call from the local store I was collecting them from - pick up was easy. Staff are polite and courteous.”

“Easy to use website, good communication re the first pair of shoes with delivery by courier but my order was split into 2 deliveries, the second I was only aware of when I received a email from Royal Mail advising delivery that day. Would have preferred one delivery with advise of dispatch etc.”

“Ordered 2 pairs of sunny loafers. Arrived promptly. Sadly had to return both pairs as neither fitted. Shoes looked to be good quality so disappointed. Pity company does not stock wide fit.”
