“My order was processed and the shoes delivered as expected and the service was good. Had to return the shoes as they were too small and the returns process worked well. I needed a half size bigger shoe but was told by Clinkard they weren't available, but they were being advertised by other retailers. Will have to place another order elsewhere.”

“Lovely location in ilkley, had to take 2 pairs of shoes back, mine and my husbands that I'd ordered on line. No problem returning both pairs and found suitable replacements, the young lady in particular was extremely helpful.”

“Beautiful loafers and colour, however marked down a star as they do come up small and may need to return. I am a size true size 8 uk in other brand and I purchased a 9 in these!. It would be useful to have a size chart indicating longest length in shoes as when buying on line difficult to judge.”
