“Usually very good Last time I visited the sop the lady wasn't very happy to help. Only smiles at uk nationality customers. I really love the shop but the staff should have some trainings on how to treat the customers.”

“The shoes ,lm very pleased with might have needed 1/2 size larger, but that’s the down side of buying on line wouldn’t except my voucher on payment through amazon not as good as my last purchase on line”

“Really comfortable boots as you would expect when purchasing Gabor footwear. The only disappointing aspect of my purchase was when I noticed that if a return was required the postage to do so was chargeable which would deter me from purchasing from you in the future.”

“Whilst on holiday in Keswick I called in to the Clinkard shop there, I tried on a pair of suede courts in blue and dessert, the 5’s too big, the 4’s too small. No 4.5 in the shop so I ordered a pair of each for home delivery as we were on our way home the next day and there isn’t a Clinkard shop near us. Unfortunately the 4.5 were too tight. I had to pay £3.20 return postage which I find unfair as I had ordered the items in store and had the store had stock I could have tried them in there. The staff however were very helpful.”

“The service, products and availability are excellent with lots of brands to choose from. However I was extremely dissappointed to find I now have to pay for returns. I was not aware this had changed when I ordered the items. If I had I would have looked elsewhere or visited a shop. I understand costs need to be covered but free returns are a great incentive to shop online. I will be more cautious when/if ordering from CC”

“The service is efficient. The left boot is creased, when compared to the right boot and there is a small scuff on the left boot. I have only tried the boots on for about a minute so these have not been caused by me. I am wondering if I can take the pair to one of your stores and exchange them for another pair which are not creased or slightly scuffed. Nottingham appears to be the closest.”

“We orderd some slippers which were too large so we returned them to the shop at The Mall in Bristol and reorderd a smaller size. ordering was easy . Slippers were comfortable and well made. As a gift we have not tried them yet.”
