Thank you for your review. I apologise sincerely that you found that the staff in the store were not as helpful as you would have liked them to be. I can see that you took 3 pair of shoes back for refund and that this has been actioned, but if you were needing advice, we are sorry if thye did not provide this for you. We do have other stores close to you and hope that you may visit them if you would like help. “The manager at the Nottingham store was superb. He used to be a shoe buyer. I have strange feet yet three times now he had given me invaluable advice and I’ve now bought 6 pairs from this store. Travelling over 100 miles to do so.”

“I had bought tge wrong size of shoe by mistake. (On line). Decided to ho into the Northallerton branch to change to the correct size. The sakes assistant was extremely helpful and re-ordered the correct shoe size which was delivered to my home address 2 days later. Nothing was too much”

“Click and collect order. Arrived at the Teesside park store to be greeted at the door by a team member and then another team member handed my order to me . Very efficient and friendly could not have been better.”
