“I have ordered several times from Charles Clinkard and am very satisfied with their service. On liner ordering is easy, delivery is prompt and refunds are also made promptly. On this occasion I ordered Lunar (GRS) Napier Womens Trainers in black. They were exactly what I was looking for and although I ordered my usual size they were too small - my big toes were right at the tip of the shoe with no room for movement or thicker socks during colder weather. I had to return them and I got my refund very promptly.”

“Great shoes, came up big so had to return for a smaller size. Only downside was the dispatch time- 3 days after ordering. I selected the speedy delivery option, which was Royal Mail 24hr , but it’s just the time it takes the warehouse to an actually send it! This needs to be improved upon.”
