“Boots are of really good quality following my first week of wearing them. One pair bought in store the other pair via in store online ordering. Arrived v promptly. Thank you. My only constructive feedback would be to provide a receipt or order coupled with an ETA. If one can’t meet the ETA, automated updates could be provided. Great products.”

“Just a heads up really,I went into your Ilkley store today which has a downstairs entrance to the mens section,I found a shoe I really liked and waited for about 10 minutes for a member of staff , to come and say hello,they were obviously oblivious to anyone being downstairs,so I just walked out and left might be an idea to install some cameras so at least the staff are aware. “I used to buy shoes and boots from Charles Clinkard in Stratford upon Avon. When they went online, I was worried but the standard and service had remained very high.
