“I ordered sme really nice boots on line on a Saturday afternoon and they were delivered to the Keswick shop on Tuesday morning. Unfortunately, the boots weren't the right fit. But because I was able to try them on in store I received an immediate refund. The shop staff were really helpful and the whole experience was stress free.”
