“Following delivery of the boots I had ordered, after carefully unpacking them, I discovered a problem with them. I telephoned your Customer Services team and discussed the problem with Hannah initially. I then had further communications by email with Alex. The problem was resolved to my satisfaction promptly and I was very impressed by the manner in which Hannah and Alex dealt with the matter. “The actual boots were lovely. I ordered a size 43 (9) but they were far to short in the length. The part over the toes was too tight and I could not move my toes. I only tried one foot as there was no point in trying the other. They were more like a size 8! Sadly I had to return them, and at my own expense!!”

“The boots I purchased were recommended to me, and I am pleased to say I am absolutely delighted with them. I do miles of walking and from the start they were totally comfortable and no rubbing or chaffing on toes or heels were experienced. I have never purchased foot wear from the internet before and was a little worried whether the fit would be accurate, I need never have worried!
