“I love the bag that I ordered and it arrived quickly with great communication. But for the price of the bag I was disappointed that it was not wrapped in any protective packaging, bag or box. It came just in a thing plastic postage bag. At the very least it could have been wrapped in the dust bag that was inside the bag”

“I ordered some boots, they arrived quite quickly, they were a little tight so I rang and asked about an exchange for a bigger size, they said it wouldn't be a problem, I returned the boots before New Year, I had an email saying the new size should arrive in 5 days, I rang on the 13th Jan, the lady I spoke to didn't seem to know what was happening with the exchange, she sorted it out and boots came the day after, nice boots, thanks.”

Unfortunately, there seems to have been some miscommunication with our warehouse, which led to the same size being ordered for your exchange by mistake.
