She was professional, friendly and really listened to what my daughter wanted whilst giving brilliant advice about the fit and comfort of the shoes. “I have just received a pair of Victorian Boots lace up. They are fantastic and look great. Got a pair in two tone Brown too. The black ones was not sure if i should get the same size as they were slightly tight to put on but fine once on. I asked advice on the size and found that the recommendation of the size was perfect slightly different to the ones i chose before. So pleased and would recommend the product most definately . Best low heeled boots i have bought.”
