“The boots arrived but they were too narrow even though the fitting was H. I went to your Leeds branch to return the boots and chose another pair but was unhappy to hear that I would have to wait 3-4 days for a refund. Surely i should have been refunded there and then. Very disappointed with this unfair system.”

“Slip on navy boots purchased. They were delivered very quickly and when I ordered a second pair to check on the fit the service was excellent. The pair I returned were refunded very quickly. I would definitely use this company again.”

“Bought mauve Sketchers slip ins in June 2025. The inside of the ‘slip in’ has gone into holes on both trainers . Very disappointed as I’ve been buying Sketchers for years.”

“Two zips on each boot so, easy to put on! Very comfortable boots which are lined too so lovely and warm. To begin with the zips were a bit stiff but improving after a few wears.”

“The boots and shoes I wanted not in stock in store but Sue at the Keswick branch went out of her way to make sure I was able to try on other colours for correct size etc., arranged a delayed delivery as we were on holiday and gave me a free returns label just in case. I have shopped at this store for a number of years and have found the quality excellent and have always received the best customer care so highly recommend 10/10 for me”

“Despite there being no picture of the item i ordered i was confident in their 365 money back guarantee, as I didn't want to lose out on the last pair of boots in my size/colour. The delivery options were good, as I was away for a few days, so I collected the parcel from the post office. Overall happy with the website/delivery.”

“The boots I had chosen werent available in store in my size. The sales staff ordered them onl8ne for me and they arrived the following week. The service was great and boots lovely. My only criticism was despatch took quite a while. Otherwise will order again without any concerns.”
