“Service was good - dispatch a little slow but delivery once dispatched was fast. Unfortunately none of the boots were suitable but the returns process was easy and my refund was processed promptly. A good experience and I’d definitely order from here again, although I’ve decided it’s probably best to go into the store and try on!”

“The boots arrived but they were too narrow even though the fitting was H. I went to your Leeds branch to return the boots and chose another pair but was unhappy to hear that I would have to wait 3-4 days for a refund. Surely i should have been refunded there and then. Very disappointed with this unfair system.”
