“Not use CC before - but have used Rohu slippers, this order was to replace them. Ordered same size as my existing ones - but feel tight - so need to break them in. - Arrived well packed and on time”

We ask customers to cover the cost of returns postage as outlined in our terms and conditions but offer a Royal Mail label on our returns page for £3.20 in order to give our customers the best price. “Sales Assistant ordered my size online they were delivered very quickly. Unfortunately the shoes were too wide for my slim feet. I returned them to the shop and was refunded straight away. Can’t complain at that kind of service.”

“I bought some new slippers and the ones I bought although expensive, were very pretty, warm and comfortable. I have a few problems with one of my feet and the assistant suggested I bought some orthotics. Unfortunately, the right size weren’t in stock so had to ordered. As we were on holiday the delivery date needed to be delayed but they came exactly as expected. These orthotics have been a game changer for me and my foot has improved. I’m very grateful to have had the conversation with the lovely young lady in store.”

“Order was free delivery but I had to pay to return the slippers I had ordered as they did not fit. I have purchased this style of slipper albeit under a different brand name for many years, in pewte leatherr, navy suede and white leather. These seemed wider and my toe would not fit right to the end of the slipper so my heel hung over the back.”
