“I have just purchased a pair of boots from the Teesside Park store and was served by Donna. She was amazing, I was looking for the same boots as I was wearing but they were over 2 years old. She looked in the system and there was one pair left in my size. I’ve never been so happy. Donna was really helpful and friendly, she made my day. Clinkard shoes are the best fit for me and will not go anywhere else now.”

“Shoes I ordered were lovely. However, a sale label had been removed from the heel upper sole and was extremely sticky. It took a lot of rubbing to remove and the Gabor print was also removed. It would be helpful if either, you can remove this remnant glue or advise how we can do it without spoiling the look of the shield.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. I am glad you were happy with your purchase but sorry to hear there was an issue with sticker residue. I know this can be frustrating when difficult to remove. We would advise to use warm soapy water to gently saturate the adhesive and make it easier to peel away. There are also products that specialise in sticker removal. These can be found online and in most craft shops. This should have been rectified during the quality check procedure and I am sorry we let you down on this occasion. We hope you shop with us again and we can demonstrate our usual standards.
