We understand that prompt delivery is important to our customers, but free standard delivery can take 2 to 5 working days to be dispatched, this allows us to get more shoes in from one of our other stores, if stock is unavailable in our warehouse. “The sandals I wanted were out of stock in the shop, but the very helpful assistant gave me a pair of a different colour to try on for size and comfort and then suggested that the ones I wanted could be delivered to my home address.
