“Wow! I ordered my Gabor Lake boots on a Wednesday afternoon and they arrived in Melbourne, Australia the following Tuesday afternoon. The postage was very reasonable. The boots look well-made and they are in just the right shade of brown I was after. The rubber sole looks good and sturdy. The side zipper is great for easy access.”

Unfortunately, these boots are not advertised as being waterproof and their design such as exposed stitching and the area around the laces are features which mean water ingress cannot be ruled out in inclement weather. Please be assured your parcel was dispatched within this timeframe but it appears there was an issue with the courier and your parcel was held for a day. “I generally love Gabor shoes but sadly I've have had to return several pairs of wide-fit trainers recently (Gabor Dahma, Gabor Quench, Gabor Camrose) and will probably be returning the Gabor Heather too as they were all too narrow for me. I measured the soles across the widest part and they are definitely narrow than the wide-fit trainers I bought in the past. This is very disappointing!!”
