“Dont order from them if you need things in a hurry. Paying for express delivery means once they are finally shipped from their warehouse, you will get them quickly. The shoes themselves are great though, i am on my 4th pair.”

You can purchase a label from Collect + from as little as £4.49, or Royal Mail offers a second-class tracked service. “Very friendly young person (Celie) helped me, when I entered the Cribbs Causeway store enquiring about a specific brand of shoe (Fitflop) No hard sell, just very polite, informative, helpful and also very patient with me. Tried on a few pairs and whilst I initially did not buy at the time, as I wanted to check competitor’s online prices, I returned within ten minutes and bought one of the pair of shoes I had tried on.”
