Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with the delivery of your order. Our Next Day service ensures that orders are delivered the next working day, as long as they are placed before 5pm. This is to ensure our dispatch team have time to accurately and efficiently finish processing orders before the warehouse closes. As your order was placed after 5pm it was instead dispatched as soon as possible the following day.
