“Shoes bought are clearly a returned pair prior to my purchase. Inner cardboard support for right shoe missing and lace tied differently to left shoe. Evidence of scratches to right shoe demonstrating that shoes have not been checked before reselling. Shoebox crushed on one end and security tape cut. Quality control needs improving. Also can't upload photos.”
