“Recently we bought some zip-up boots in the Summertown shop and they are truly excellent. The young lady who served us was called Lauren. She was a fantastic help, very patient and attentive which made a big difference as my wife is disabled. Well done Clinkard - and special thanks to Lauren!”

“I found these boots in the Northallerton store, unfortunately my size was not in stock. As I was travelling back down south the shop assitant gave me all the details I needed to order online quickly and easily. The boots are lovely, perfect fit, and very good quality.”

“Expensive returns, cost £14.95 as value of shoes £200. I ordered because I know I could return to the Sheffield Meadowhall store, however I arrived to find it has closed down. Will never buy again on line. Nearest store Leeds, not an option. You’ve lost a good customer.”

“We originally ordered on line but the courier failed to deliver on time . We contacted Charles Clinkard customer services who took charge and arranged for us to collect our order from the York branch as we were visiting for the weekend . We were looked after by two amazing members of staff Serena and Sue . They were helpful and so lovely to deal with and so much so we bought an extra pair of Boots . We Would 100% recommend this company and branch and the staff who looked after us and would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you so much . Amazing customer service and satisfaction”

“Visited the Shrewsbury shop saw the Bugatti shoes I wanted at a really good price, however not in my size. “No problem”, said the very helpful lady. She checked online, verified that the shoe was available told me that it could be delivered to shop or my home at no additional cost. Shoes arrived within the timescale promised- perfect fit.”
