“Bought Reiker boots that were on sale. They arrived in a few days time. Comfortable, warm. And now wearing them in Chicago where the winter temps are well below 16F. Very icy on the pavements and roads but these boots have a wonderful nonslip sole and they simply are the best boots I have ever had.”

“I ordered two pairs of shoes to be collected from a DPD pick up point and the correct delivery address was detailed in the order confirmation email but the items were sent to a different pick up point because the label had the incorrect address. Fortunately the incorrect pick up point was convenient otherwise I would not have been able to collect them.”

“Gorgeous green Lotus boots delivered promptly. Perfect size 6 and well packaged to protect the boots from any damage. Clinkards is always my first port of call for footwear. Really miss the shops not being open in Middlesbrough and Redcar.”

“Paid for my product online last Thursday, got all the usual confirmation email etc on the same day, since then absolutely nothing. Phoned up customer services and the lady on the phone said “it should be dispatched either today or tomorrow. Now I know they are busy, but the way I look at it is - it’s a pair of shoes, that’s it, it’s now Monday 26th and it’s still not dispatched since I paid for them on the 22nd, for me that’s poor so I cancelled the order. Another reason I cancelled is - the total lack of communication via email, now iv cancelled I don’t expect my payment to be resolved for at least 2 weeks, just a bad experience all round and a lack of communication.”

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear you were not happy with your experience. We advise customers to allow 2-5 working days for orders to be dispatched when using our free standard service. This is the time needed for items to arrive at our warehouse and for our dispatch team to process and send on to you. I apologise for the lack of communication but please know once your order was dispatched, you would have been emailed to notify you and provide tracking. Regarding your refund, please be assured you have not been charged. We do not take payment until the point of dispatch and any pending transaction on your account will disappear. The timeframe for this is out of our hands and dependent on your bank. “I bought a beautiful pair of Ladies Tan Brogue Ankle boots and they are lovely. Really smart and look great with Jeans. They are not to narrow across the foot making them super comfortable. Soles are not to chunky either. They are a 5 eyelet boot with zip and laces so no rubbing around the ankles and once you have tied the laces up you just need to use the zip.”

“A friend had recommended your Bristol store and then I discovered that Fields of Sidmouth were appointed a Charles Clinkard franchise so it is always a highlight of any trip to Sidmouth. However living in Exeter and retired I do find your online service excellent. Your range is superb so, as a shoe lady (aren't we all) I am in my element browsing online.”
