“Louise was brilliant, finding boots that fitted well, getting a different colour and size for one pair. I was replacing two pairs of boots one flat for walking and another ankle boot for dresses etc I chose Gabor as the boots I replaced were Gabor and had lasted over 5 years. Charles Clinkards are so professional and also very relaxed when helping me decide.”

As per our terms and conditions, we ask customers to cover the cost of returns postage which provides the opportunity to use a service best suited for you. On the returns page of our website, we offer a Royal Mail label for £3.20 to provide a reasonable price and easy to use service. Online orders can also be taken into any Charles Clinkard branch if close to you to avoid postage costs.
