Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We advise it can take up to 25 working days for international orders to be delivered as outlined on the delivery page of our website. Looking at the tracking your order is currently at the International Processing Centre in your country. “Too good to be true!! Boys school shoes (Clarks) £25. Website states, in both product information and description, LEATHER. So I went ahead with my order. Surprise, surprise, when they arrived...... SYNTHETIC!! After double checking, other sites that sell the same product, including Clarks themselves, do not FALSELY CLAIM these to be LEATHER!!!! Very disappointing from Charles Clinkard and their lack of Trades Description Act knowledge!!”

“I ordered a pair of sandals for delivery to the store at Eldon Square Newcastle thinking it might be quicker than home delivery. Silly me, it was painfully slow over a week and I had to phone the appalling customer service team who asked if I wanted them to ring the store to see if the sandals had been delivered, well of course I did! Went to collect the following day, the store was painfully slow to serve anyone. I realise they need to talk to people but really waiting over ten minutes is just not on. All in all a terrible experience and it will make me think twice before ordering again. Glad to say the sandals are gorgeous though.”

“Twice I have asked for my order to come by Royal Mail even if I had to pay extra. Was my request followed through even though I was told it would be and what happened - low and behold it came by an independent delivery which causes me problems so please do not sweeten me by agreeing to use Royal Mail and once my order has been taken my request is ignored. Your customer query office will confirm this.”
