“I was very impressed by your the professionalism of your staff when I wanted to exchange a pair of sandals at the shop where I had purchased them a few days earlie. The required size was not in stock so the assistant offered to have them sent to my home free of charge. They arrived a few days later and I am delighted by both the service and the sandals.”

“Charles Clinkard is our go to shop when looking for footwear. Always have a wide choice of the brands we like but the definitely factor for us is the service provided. Our local shop is Milton Keynes and would like to strongly recommend Carolyn for the best service we receive anywhere. Always friendly and helpful, she has a good knowledge and is never pushy but we often end up buying something. A pleasure to deal with and always glad to see her on our visits.”

However on this occasion the sandals I liked were not available so I ordered them online. It was easy to order online using the website.
