Shoes arrived on time but looked like had been previously tried on and there was a small cut in one heel so have returned for replacement. Service up to now xcellent

Surprised that staff do not now 'fit' shoes as they used to do. Just hand them to you and watch while you put them on yourself . Are they not trained to help you into shoes with a shoe horn like they did in the past?

Love my new trainers, perfect fit to size, very comfortable and much admired by friends. Easy to use website and delivered in a timely manner. Love the loyalty scheme and used my voucher towards this purchase. Excellent service as always

Excellent service given to me by Tracey at the Keswick branch of Charles Clinkard last week. Slippers purchased at another store that were not suitable were taken back without any issue and helpful and friendly advice given for choosing another pair from a wide range of slippers on display . My order had to be delivered to my home address and the slippers arrived on time, with no charge made for delivery. Couldn't ask for a better shopping experience !Thank you .

I've been buying Gabor from CC for several years. Always good service. In 12 years pleased with purchase. Unfortunately, I've had to return my last purchase.....seam in wrong place for my foot! Always good customer service. Thanks

Whoever you use for delivery, DPD, I think. The day , which I had paid extra for quick delivery, messaged me to say he couldn’t deliver, as we were not in, and gate locked. The photo he sent was NOT MY HOUSE. I messaged this and the next day another driver did deliver it to our back porch as instructed. So not very impressed, especially as I paid extra for quick delivery, and the got an idiot driver.
