“The shoes were ordered online. When delivered they had clearly been returned by another customer. They were not wrapped in the tissue paper. As a result the suede was scuffed and they were returned damaged to the shop. The assistant at the shop was very helpful and apologetic.”

“I had been looking online for a size4 pair of low-heeled beige court shoes for quite a while - and found them at Charles Clinkard. Not being able to try them on prior to purchase, I was apprehensive about buying online. However they are perfect: just the colour & heel height I'd been looking for, smart and, very importantly, comfortable to wear. Delivery was prompt, sizing & fit spot on & I'm very pleased that I purchased them”

Looking at the tracking, we can see that when you missed your first delivery you contacted the courier and advised of a safe place to leave the order. “I ordered a nice pair of Gabor shoes Gigi , when they arrived I was so disappointed with how they were sent out, , the box was in a terrible state very tatty , 3 corners of the box was broken also a tear, the side of the lid looked liked it had sellotape on it and someone has pulled it off, the tissue paper was all screwed up , I alway keep my box to keep my shoes in but this box was not fit for that . I'm sure if I had purchased these shoes in store I would have got the normal box and not one that looked like it had come out the dustbin. So very disappointed in CC . I will try and attach some photos as you need to see this box .i have tried to attach photos but not sure it has accepted them this is not a courier's thought.”
