“I highly recommend the company and can’t fault their customer service. Having had problems with delivery of a recent order I contacted Charles Clinkard, they were courteous, very helpful and managed to solve the problem. However I feel; as so often is the case they are let down by their courier, however I shall continue to shop with them”

“Website very easy to use. Feels "friendly" and helpful. I had to return the product. This was in no way related to Charles Clinkard, just the shoe manuifaturers idea of size was bizarre! Returning the shoes was straightforward.”

“Received shoes after 3 days. They were too big so I requested a smaller replacement size. All OK now. No problem exchanging. Very efficient.”
