He was very helpful in all ways, not pushy at all, was very knowledgeable about the products which made our purchase very straightforward. “Placed an order online for a pair of gents leather slippers. Eventually received a message advising they were in stock. Expecting delivery to my home I telephoned and they were delivered. The slippers are the worst quality imaginable!”

“The boots are great, comfortable and look good. The box they came in was battered and not new looking. The courier service i experienced was not great due to the post office i selected being closed! DPD took it to a different post office which i wasn't aware of so made 3 journeys to the closed post office and then finally got them from the alternative post office. It was very frustrating, and i spent more in diesel than the cost to have them delivered directly to me!”

“The boots arrived and were very good quality. Unfortunately they were too narrow so I had to return them. I found the return portal very ambiguous and downloaded the incorrect label. I ended up paying twice for the return. Other customers beware.”
