The slippers were of poor quality the insole was not flat and smooth and had a thick ridge in it. They should never have been sent out to store. No one would ever be able to wear them

I ordered a pair of Peter Kaiser shoes, size 6 in Berry and received a pair of size 5.5 in Black. The customer services department did resolve the problem quickly, but the error still involved an unnecessary trip to Leeds (20 mile round trip and extortionate car parking) which was costly and inconvenient and negated the convenience of purchasing on line!

Couldn't remember my password. I received an email with a link to log in and this didn't work. I had to set up a new id in the end and don't think I got my loyalty points. I've shopped online before and had similar problems. Love the slippers though. Always good quality products from CC.

Delivery and communication was good, however ordered 2 sizes of the same sandal therefore needed to return 1 pair, was so disappointed at the cost for returning the pair that didn’t fit, far too expensive as the sandals were £85! So very unlikely to order again from you.

With regards to returns, we offer free standard UK delivery dispatched within 5 working days, however do ask customers to pay towards the cost of the return. You can of course return to a store if one is near to you however there are cost efficient ways of sending back your order. Although we do recommend a tracked service, there are different levels of service and cover you can choose at the Post Office when returning. You can return via Collectplus which is £4.49 for up to 10KG and is ideal for larger items or multiple orders, the link to this option can be found in the returns section of our website. We appreciate the feedback regarding the returns policy and will pass this onto the correct department, as we are constantly reviewing our policies to ensure the best service for our customers. My order was delivered to 25 Holloway. Not 25 Longlands. I retrieved it my self from my neighbours back garden. Shoes ok.

The shoes were perfect. The shoe box they arrived in was appalling. All 4 sides were split with 2 sides taped as a very poor fix. As I always store my shoes in their relative boxes, this tidiness has halted with my new shoes. Very disappointing. regards C Richardson

Goods excellent but poor delivery. Ordered Thursday evening not despatched until Monday and this was following a telephone call enquiring where the goods were. Should have been delivered Tuesday but were delayed due to snow which I can accept. When I ordered said would be delivered on the Saturday.

My order came , I needed to exchange for a smaller size, I filled the form in correctly with new size, I received an email regarding refund, I waited to receive the new size Boots, Then had to phone, the reply was they hadn't read the form correctly and treated as a return. I wasn't offered an apology.

The shoes arrived quickly but unfortunately they did not match as a pair. One had obviously been in the light and the other in the box. Hence one dark navy and one not. Also reluctant to order anything in the future as it’s not your policy to provide pre paid return labels. Shoes are a tricky thing to buy online as they really need to be tried on. Very happy with your shop service though.

I bought 2 pairs of shoes. Firstly, the company is in a state of confusion about delivery address options. Paying with PayPal threw up the option of having them delivered to an Argos/Sainsbury's store (I wasn't going to be able to be at home for the delivery), but it wasn't my local one. When I phoned CC they said they didn't really understand the options and process when you pay with PayPal, but that there was no other option than home delivery if I opted to pay by credit card. So I chose PayPal, and it immediately all looked wrong when the order was subsequently confirmed by email, with no actual reference to Argos etc, just the shop's Royal Mail postal address. I went to collect the parcel as soon as it was advised, because I thought there'd be a problem. And there was. Argos had no idea what to do with the parcel or who it was for. It was badly addressed and not part of any 'system'. They had just opened the parcel when I arrived, wondering what to do with it. Hopeless. Even after I'd try to avoid a problem in the first place by phoning CC before placing the order. Secondly, one of the pairs of shoes looked as though the shoes had been worn, and were probably returns. The label inside shoe had been roughly torn out and it all looked very shoddy.

With regards to the Paypal option, we are unable to process orders using Collectplus via this method. Collectplus is unavailable via Amazon payments and Paypal due to circumstances beyond our control. The order confirmation will have reflected this was on a standard delivery and not the Collectplus service hence during dispatch the item was sent via a courier to the address included on the order. If processed via Collectplus then you would receive direct communication from the company with information about when the item is dispatched and also an updated code to collect your item when the product arrives in store. We are unable to use Collectplus when placing orders via the telephone, as they are seperate carrier to us and this needs to be added directly on the website so it takes you to their page to select your chosen point. This can be processed online though and the option appears just before payment then transfers you to Collectplus to select your choice and then refers you back to complete the transaction. We are sorry you were not offered this information via the telephone and will of course ensure these comments are passed over to our Customer Services Team. Please log into your Paypal and update the details so it reflects the correct billing and delivery address and please do not hesitate to call us to place an order-do note we can only offer standard delivery but of course a safe place option can be added and we can also hold onto your order for you and send out at a convenient point. With reference to the shoes received, we do source from stores and warehouse, some items may have been tried on or on a display however any quality issues should have been raised at dispatch and we are disappointed to hear this pair arrived with you. We have contacted you via your order with assistance on how to return any items and look forward to assisting you further. We appreciate all feedback from our customers and are genuinely very sorry your experience was not positive. We hope we can restore your faith in shopping with us in the future. My expensive purchase of a £160 handbag was thrown over the gate at the bottom of our drive 200 yards and out of sight of our house. Fortunately I found it before anyone else did but no thanks to your delivery company.

Hello, Thankyou for your review. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-5 working days for standard orders, although most of our orders are dispatched a lot sooner. We send products out by Interlink/DPD Local or Royal Mail and delivery of your parcel should be attempted within 2 working days of despatch. The working day’ means Monday-Friday, and as such we do not dispatch on weekends or Bank Holidays. On occasions if the stock is not available in the warehouse we will ask for this to be brought into our warehouse from an alternative location (a store) and this can add time especially as the items will need shipping into our main warehouse. We do offer faster delivery such as: Express-This is dispatched within 2-3 working days and costs £2.99. Next Day-If an item is available in the warehouse then we can send this next day, the cost is £5.99 and as longas the order is placed before 5pm Monday to Friday. We are very disappointed with your feedback and will of course ensure the comments are passed over to our dispatch team, we ask all customers to leave a review as this helps to reflect the different levels of service offered. Not tried the boots yet but customer service is terrible, emailed from the contact form on the website asking for advise about sizing, got no response. Was asked for feedback about service and again emailed this time Independently of website - still no response. Fingers crossed the boots I bought are of better quality than their service.

The style you ordered are standard however as size/fit is personal it is difficult to advise especially as many factors can affect how footwear will fit. The best way to ensure a good fit is to try for size and hopefully this will be the perfect match for you. We offer a 35 days return policy into which you can return an item as long as its unworn and in resaleable condition in the original packaging. Disappointed that you have to pay for returns. This is unusual nowadays. So I paid £6 for delivery and will pay £4.50 for the return, which makes the already expensive infant boots £50.50 instead of £40!

Hello, Thankyou for your review. The premium service -Next Day is charged at £5.99 which offers a guaranteed delivery of the next working day. We also offer a standard delivery which if placed before midnight on the 19th December 2018 would have guaranteed arrival before Christmas. We do as customers to pay towards the cost of returns and all the details on how to process a return are included in our terms and conditions. You can take into a store if one local to you, we also offer 35 days into which to return an item which gives plenty time for trying around the home for fit and are happy to take products back as long as they are unworn and in good resaleable condition.
