“Ordered shoes on line, I have a pair almost identical to some (different colour) I already have so thought there would be no problem with the fit. However I had to return the shoes as they were too small and narrow. Everything was dealt with promptly and refunded immediately. Thank you for such good customer service.”

“Placed order 14/07/26 got collection email on 18/07 went to Newcastle branch to collect it had went to Darlington branch , got told it would be delivered to my address free of charge, 29/07/26 still no response I had to phone head office only to be told they were at the NEWCASTLE branch where was the customer service and communication”
