“The staff at the Keswick shop were fantastic, very helpful and went that extra mile. Unfortunately they didn’t have my size but located a pair of boots in another store. A quick call to head office and they took my order. Everything went seamless and they arrived a few days later. Just wish there was a store near me in Bolton”

“I was a regular visitor to Caharles Clinkard in Cambridge, very disappointed when the store closed down. Online is fine but I prefer to go in personally for shoes. I received my order quickly but sadly had to return my order my refund was paid back into my bank account very quickly so happy with their service.”
