“I have purchased Toni Pons in the colour salmon in the sale but I have been very disappointed when I have received them. The colour is not quite the same as the picture. It is more faded and the pair I have received is faulty. One shoe is more faded than the other (visible). Shame cuz if they were looking like the ones in the picture I should have kept them. Maybe I will try another pair ... Still thinking about it. They are true to size and comfortable for short wearing. At the moment I'm not happy with my purchase.”

I needed to contact customer services due to a mix up with my returns ( menopausal me ) and received an e mail reply within 24 hours which reassured me that the issue I created would be resolved their end . “We visited your store today in Northallerton and my son needed a pair of trainers and some sandles. Having left the sandles until last minute, you didn't have much on the store floor given the change over to Autumn stock. However, I believe the ladies name was Heidi, went into the back of the store and found a lovely pair for us without us asking her to, and was absolutely fantastic with my son. Her service was incredible and it'd be great if she's was acknowledged for this.”
