“Very disappointed to initially receive one size 37 and one size 39 Birkenstock sandal as an online purchase. However, Archie, Customer Service investigated and advised that the store realised that the sandals were mismatched as soon as they had dispatched them. He further advised that the mismatched sandals from the store were being returned to Middlesbrough and that he would email a returns label to me. Once both sets of sandals were returned they would correctly pair them and send the size 39 sandals to me by next day delivery. This still took a further week, but I am very happy with my purchase and the final resolution.”

“The delivery and service was very good I love the style of the shoes the only little negative comment to make is the stitching round the edge of the shoes some times can be a little hard I normally don't buy that style as can be painful if the shoe slips and you land on the stitch with the arch 9f.your foot”

“The first pair of slippers I bought had a flaw. It was a nick in the leather right on the top, so very obvious. I Had to return them and order another pair (which were perfect, as they should be as they are not cheap). However having to pay postage to return the faulty ones was very annoying. I would have expected this to be refunded.”

“You have requested a review on my shopping experience. It was not an issue for me but it did take take 5 days for you to dispatch my order and for Royal Mail to receive according to your emails and RM tracking. You do state that it can take up to 5 days to dispatch so no complaint but it seems a long time in comparison to similar online shopping experiences I have had.”
