“Staff in Cribbs Causeway, Bristol are attentive and friendly. I returned an unworn pair of boots but forgot to bring in my receipt to the shop. An assistant searched and found my purchase on their system, saving me from going home to fetch it. In exchange, they arranged for a new pair to be delivered to my home. Excellent service! 12 months in which to return unused goods! Good quality, sensible footwear, if not always the most fashionable!”
