“We always shop at Charles Clinkard but there was a little hitch this time. When we got home we had a size 7 and a size 8 shoe in the box. On taking them back they did not have a replacement in store so we have had to re-order still waiting.”

“Cribbs Causeway. My daughter was struggling to find a pair of work shoes and is in between sizes. Kelsey helped us and pretty much pulled all size 5’s and 6’s out of her stock room to find the right pair. We were in there for so long and I have to say, Kelsey was amazing and so very patient. My husband and I went in couple of weeks later and we seeked Kelsey out again as my husband was struggling to find the right shoe due to an arthritic toe. Once again, Kelsey was spot on with her advice. A huge asset to your store, she is a star!”

“In the past when I lived in Cambridge I found the store in the Grand Arcade a wonderful place to find exactly what I wanted. Now it is closed, and I am living in Australia, making only annual trips to the UK with more on my mind than buying shoes. The solution offered by Charles Clinkard is fantastic - purchse on line, pay only 10 pounds for postage to Australia, and receive the shoes I want.
