When boots arrived the price on the box was £99.99. The price I paid was £110.00 and the price on the invoice was £110.00. No explanation was given as to the two different prices. Service and product was excellent.

Box arrived - the shoe box not the parcel box - completely damaged, ripped open. Also hand written sticker on size. It would've been obvious when packing/sending. Very poor. I returned. Also boot quality very poor and thin leather compared to the exact same buttersoft leather boots bought yearly over the past 5 years. Poor communication.

This isn’t the standard we aim for, and I understand how frustrating this must be. Boxes are there to protect the items inside and can get damaged, but could be replaced with a plain box if needed. Ordered 2 pairs off boots, one set was the wrong colour Second set of boots were 2 different colours Not good Although delivery and sending them back was easy
