“Box arrived - the shoe box not the parcel box - completely damaged, ripped open. Also hand written sticker on size. It would've been obvious when packing/sending. Very poor. I returned. Also boot quality very poor and thin leather compared to the exact same buttersoft leather boots bought yearly over the past 5 years. Poor communication.”

Thank you for your feedback. I’m very sorry to hear about the damaged box and the issues with the boot quality, as well as the lack of communication. This isn’t the standard we aim for, and I understand how frustrating this must be. Boxes are there to protect the items inside and can get damaged, but could be replaced with a plain box if needed.
