“Just not big enough. Sizing very confusing these days. Always had a continental 42... which is a Gabor 8 BUT 42 shown in some advertising as smaller and you have sent me a 41/ 8 which is short in length...fine in width.of moccasins chosen and being returned.shortly. What to do? I am not near a decent shoe shop.and rely on online purchasing.”

“Sold a pair of Crocs that wasn’t a pair on 19 July. Informed you asap the following day in the evening when I got home and unpacked them. Have been in hospital since then, now discharged home, live some thirty miles from your store, unable to drive for several weeks, no family to support me and on my own. What am I to do? I have received NO response from you, not even an acknowledgement. Do you actually have ANY customer service?”
