“Joshua in your York store could not have been more helpful. Lovely manner with my husband and me, totally focussed on the customer and my needs. I have wide, swollen feet and he found every possible pair that could work for me. 20 out of 10 for the way he helped me, and I did buy a pair of shoes in the end, and Josh was never pushy. He wanted my feet to be comfortable. Thank you so much, Josh, for such a gallant, helpful approach. I hope you are there on my next visit. Sue”
