“Just visited the Charles Clinkard store in Burford where my wife and daughter in law purchased shoes It was not the first time we have shopped there and have received first class service The attention to detail in ensuring that the the correct size and fitment was made using the foot stand and not left to try on shoes yourself The lady that served us I think was was called Judy was a credit to the company”

“Easy to order and quick delivery...only small hitch was no call from store,or info from delivery firm, said they'd had big delivery so no chance to call....was just by chance of finding store number to check if had arrived as wanted to pick up. Friendly lady helped get order and waited whilst tried on.”

“Ladies sandals (Rieker Sphere) ordered on line as size not available in store Sandals are in such poor condition and quality they have to be returned If any quality control procedures are in place they did not work in this case Have a number of Clinkard shoes so will be seeking a replacement Very disappointed”
