“Charles Clinkard always provides excellent customer service. Shoes arrive very quickly and it's easy to return if they don't fit well. I always look to see if CC stock a shoe before buying elsewhere - their prices are excellent too. Pleased with my latest order but the sandals are a very large size 4 (I wonder if they are been incorrectly sized as looked huge and are very loose although I am always a size 4 so not sure whether I will keep or not at the moment). I know it won't be a problem to change for a different style in my size if I decide not to keep the sandals.”

“really great looking shoes of quality but sadly I can't buy Ruffle as not done in a wide fitting. i understand that you can't do wide fittings for every design but this would be a good one to choose because popular with older people whose feet may need width. I tried them on but they did not work”

“I went into the store in Meadowhall, they had some shoes I liked but not in my size. The ordered they to be delivered to me. I was at first reluctant to order in store because I wanted to know they would fit properly. My granddaughter asked the assistant if they have my size in another colour for me to try, they did and that is why I ordered them. The assistant didn’t think of that option which I think is odd. Anyway it all worked out and I love the loafers.”
