Great products and good quick service. Sadly in the two purchases I have had, both boxes were absolutely battered by the time they arrived. Not great if they are for a gift.

I have given a review on the great service I received at the Keswick branch previously (many thanks to Sue for her excellent customer service) items were not in stock at the time but Sue ordered for me. Order arrived within 48 hours and the waldlaufer Lucille ankle boots and the Gabor ferry trainers are a perfect fit. Always a good customer experience and excellent quality, can't recommend them enough

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes online, both wrong size, so we went to the Leeds store, to return and try other sizes, possibly different styles. When in store, we were approached by a lady called Alix. And she assisted me all the way through our visit. Gosh you are soo lucky to have such staff member. We both work in services so we are naturally sensitive to all the little things. And it has been a while since someone made such impression. She was there, when needed, but gave me plenty of space to ponder and try shoes on. There was no hassle about the return, she brought me the second shoes of any pair she noticed I liked when trying on. And she was like a fairy, showing up out of nowhere, when we needed something, and then politely disappearing. She was happy, "willing to serve" and doing her job with joy and pride and good sales technique without hard selling. We were both so impressed. And all of this while a little blondie just stood in the corner, watching minutes pass by, to earn her pennies. Making even better comparison. We bought all we needed, ended up with extra shoe care products, and just extra energy and a smile leaving after such lovely experience. I am size 9 ladies , so shopping for shoes is never easy. You are th eonly show in Leeds that has 2 shelves or actually good looking, elegant shoes in size 9, and such service. It was honestly a great experience. Thank you Alix for making my day. You are the pride of this store. It was a pleasure to watch you work.

These shoes were supposed to be wide fitting but was not wide enough. I have other Gabor styles in wide which are perfect fit

Thank you for your feedback, I'm sorry to hear that the width of the shoes did not meet your expectations, especially since you have had better luck with other Gabor styles. We strive to provide accurate sizing information, but sometimes variations can occur. Many customers try a half size larger to create extra room within the shoe. The extra length is minimal, however the extra area within the shoe creates a more comfortable fit. It doesnt work for everyone, but may be worth a try for you. I had good customer service - especially as I was spending such a large amount of money!! Attentive and helpful staff who ended up ordering the boots for delivery as the colour was not available in store.

We shopped at your branch in Stratford upon Avon buying 1 pair at the shop and ordering another for home delivery. The lady in the shop was very helpful. The home delivery arrived within 72 hours by a reliable courier. CC sell Siebel shoes which in some styles are available in extra wide which I require.

Disappointing performance. Website showed item was in stock when I purchased but a week later I received message that the item was as out of stock. This was for a birthday present!
