“I bought navy sandals, they were a good price in the sale. The front strap had a mark on and the back of the back strap also had a mark on. It looked like dried glue. So first impression of Charles Clinkard are not very good. I rang your Newcastle shop to see if I could exchange them there, unfortunately they didn’t have them in, I thought the gent that answered the phone was very snooty! I rang customer service and was greet by Archie, he was so nice and sent me a returned form.”
