“Brilliant Customer Service. Had a problem with returning an item, unable to do it online. Contacted Customer Service on Thursday 25th June, via Chat, I was sent a free returns label. Took return to Post Office on Friday 26th June, confirmation email of receipt of return sent to me on Monday 29th June, refund in my account Tuesday 30th June. I think this is the most efficient returns system I have ever used. So thank you. It makes all the difference and definitely encourages further purchases.”
