As per our terms and conditions, we ask customers to cover the cost of returns postage which provides the opportunity to use a service best suited for you. On the returns page of our website, we offer a Royal Mail label for £3.20 to provide a reasonable price and easy to use service. Online orders can also be taken into any Charles Clinkard branch if close to you to avoid postage costs.
