“The purchase and delivery process was easy and straightforward. The only negative was that the packaging around my boots arrived severely damaged...had to throw what was left of the box away. Shame as I find the shoebox useful to keep. Fortunately, the boots weren't damaged. Pleased with the boots and handbag.”

“I bought 4 pairs of ankle boots. Arrived in good time, well packed and in excellent condition. They fit perfectly and are exactly what I was looking for. Put on the blue pair, went for a 2 mile walk, no chafing or sore spots. No need to break them in, just put on and go. I will definitely be a returning customer.”

“Amazing service . I ordered two pairs of shoes , one didn't fit so I returned to the local shop in Ilkley . They accepted the return and re-ordered a larger size . The new pair arrived within 2 working days by DPD .In the past I have also phoned customer service . The call was answered by a real person, without having to press buttons to connect to the right department , who was able to deal with my query in an efficient friendly manner . Just like customer service used to be . I only buy from Charles Clinkard now because good reliable service means everything . Thank you”
