“Excellent service. I visited the shop and was able to try shoes on for fit. Although the shoe I wanted wasn't in stock in that store I could see enough comparison to know both the colour and fit were right. The store did identify the shoe was in store at Stratford, but at my request they ordered for me and the shoes have been delivered and are exactly as expected and perfect fit. Visiting the shop was so much less stressful than trying to guess on line. Thank you to the Warwick store for your help and patience.”

“I originally ordered my shoes online, however when they arrived one shoe was faded. I took them to the shop in Eldon Sq Newcastle and they were fantastic. The assistant managed to source another pair which were 100% fine. I cant thank her enough as I love these sandals.”
