“Hi, I have placed my order on the 20th October. I got confirmation on the 30th October it had been despatched. It is now the 7th of November and the order still has not left the UK. If I place a order with farfetch or these other online stores, I get within 3-4 days. It has been 8 days so far and still not even left the UK. I am not one to typically complain, however must say I am disapointed with this experiecnce.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I am sorry for any confusion caused. We do advise international orders can take up to 25 working days to be delivered from the date of dispatch. Your order left the UK on the 31st of October and the tracking updates once it has been handed over to your country's delivery partner. This is now showing to have been received on the 8th November and we hope you are pleased with your order, but if you have any queries our Customer Service Team is available 7 days a week.
