“Very disappointed. I purchased a size 5 /38 of the white roselea snaffle mocasin. I am a standard size 5 fitting but this shoe was at least a 6 in length and very wide. There is at least 3/4quarters of an inch from my big toe to the end of the shoe. See attached picture. I can only assume it is a seconds. Shame as shoe very nice. I am really annoyed as I will be left with the cost of sending back the shoe. I have never had a problem like this before. Even with an insole in it is still far too big. Needless to say I wont be shopping here again.”

Have been worn so can't return. Thinking of asking local shop to arrange alteration by supplier. Your advice would be appreciated.”
