“Arrived very quickly. The tissue inside the box was very tatty and torn (small issue but didn't make the sandals feel new!) but the sandals were very comfortable and customer service was great.”

“These are a lovely shoe and perfect for the summer. The velcro adjustments across the top of the foot and at the ankle are great for hot summer days when your feet may swell. Highly recommend”

“The purchase and delivery process was easy and straightforward. The only negative was that the packaging around my boots arrived severely damaged...had to throw what was left of the box away. Shame as I find the shoebox useful to keep. Fortunately, the boots weren't damaged. Pleased with the boots and handbag.”

“My shoes arrived quickly and were wrapped up well. One pair was excellent but I bought a pair of gold shoes that fitted in length and width at the front, but the ankle strap was 2cm too long and meant it didn't even touch my ankle.”

“Ordered some sandals for my holiday. I loved the colour, ordered a size 6 as there wasn't a size 5and a half. Which I needed. So I had to return as they were too big for me. Shame as I loved them.”

“Staff in Cribbs Causeway, Bristol are attentive and friendly. I returned an unworn pair of boots but forgot to bring in my receipt to the shop. An assistant searched and found my purchase on their system, saving me from going home to fetch it. In exchange, they arranged for a new pair to be delivered to my home. Excellent service! 12 months in which to return unused goods! Good quality, sensible footwear, if not always the most fashionable!”

“I ordered shoes to collect at the local shop. I received an email to say that the order had been dispatched. However I did not receive an email to say that they had been received at the shop and were ready to collect. I rang to check and they were in. The assistant said she had emailed me but I did not receive any confirmation.”

“Bought evening shoes again, but black this time, very comfortable. They were a very speckled with white when they arrived and taken out of the box (black shoes) which I had to brush off, but other than that the shoes are great and just what I want.”
