“My mum used to shop here... I always wondered why? Now I know. It's the staff: a friendly, no fuss, helpful and courteous group of people you should be proud of. It's the product: well made, fashionable AND comfortable. It's the service: my order arrived in 2 days, without fuss, with me being kept informed at all stages. But most of all..... it's the staff. Please praise them, they're worth their weight in gold.”

“Needed to return my online purchase to the local store(York) as some stitching was substandard(sticking out, didn't dare cut if off), and there was a 'bald patch' on area above the heel. The person who served me said it was because of the fabric, but this was not quite the case. Regardless of how it was rubbed, so as not to show up, it returned and was on full view to anyone looking. The area shone! I have order a different boot and await a call to say it has arrived. After years of buying Gabor boots(I own three pairs even now), I was hugely disappointed in the shoddiness of the product.”

“Excellent service in the shop. When the shoes I wanted were not available in my size, the assistant brought them in a different colour and ordered the ones I wanted for delivery at home. She also found a small bag to match- again not available in the shop. Both were delivered promptly and I am delighted with them.”
