I ordered some slippers for my husband, and whilst the product was of good quality, the box was very damaged. It was obvious it had been used before. As this is a Christmas present, I was disappointed that they were not going to be presented very nicely.

Not happy, the girl in the Chichester shop ordered the darker brown size 3 which they already had in store but I wanted the light brandy colour. Size 3 . So why would I order the dark boots when I already had tried them on in the shop.!!!!! she also got my name wrong...putting it down as Vinda! another Linda. Now I have to wait another three days before I get my boots. Please ask the packer the Check TWICE before sending the right colour. Thank you.

Speedy delivery however wrong boots delivered. correct paperwork so whoever has picked the order in stores has placed wrong boots in packaging so having to return. Would still recommend though

The boots were nice, however looked as though they had been worn. Sent them back, phoned up for a prepaid return. Cant fault Customer Sevices and got a prompt refund.

I liked the slippers I had ordered but they were too narrow. I was disappointed that no wider fitting was available - well one wasn't offered. Thye refund came through very smartly.

Second pair of Pikolinos. Great boots. Service from Clinkards could have been better. The payment process stalled so I phoned and was told it had gone through, waited 7 days and no boots so phoned again to be told the order was held and I should have been phoned. Once this was sorted delivery arrived next day though so well recovered. Second concern was right boot had no stuffing and small creases which made me suspect they’d been tried and returned when I expect brand new from the warehouse. Not bad enough to return with complaint though. Could do better overall but would useClinkards again.

First time order. Signed to get 10% discount but did not receive it on my order. Emailed and was told my order did not qualify as discounted already I may be wrong but I didnt see anything to say you couldnt apply it to discounted items. Item arrived in good time and looks as expected. So it's a shame about the non discount.

I was annoyed that the boots i ordered were scuffed and looked as though they had been worn around the house, very unimpressed that you would send out boots like that, didn’t return as I needed them and I am self isolating

Had problems with the website and my order was incorrect. However staff were very helpful in trying to sort out the IT error. Decided not to purchase the missing item as return delivery was too expensive if they didn’t fit.

The order was placed on November 6, and I was told that the delivery period is 9 days,Till now 15 days have passed until today, and I did not receive the order. Terrible delay delivery place was dubai and now i come back lebanon and dont know how to do with the order

We have been to CC for almost all shoes we have bought for our 2 yr old, it is a very popular store in Sheffield and every time we have been there, they are so understaffed. It is always busy and we always need to wait to be seen. I trust their judgement so I don't mind too much. That said, we tried to collect an online purchase in store, and it took them a long time to find it. We then tried to return it as they were too big but the till wouldn't accept it. Luckily we were exchanging for a different size so apparently that was OK, but the refund would not work. Quite a few technical problems.

Boots were delivered on time but unfortunately did not fit well. I had to pay for the returns which in the current climate I think is pretty poor show as the majority of online purchases returns are free!

Order arrived promptly, however the boots were labelled as cheaper than advertised on the website, and they looked as if they’d been on display (some scuff marks). We were refunded the difference, although they had apparently been wrongly labelled.

Ordered 3 pairs of shoes for my Mum to select from. Two arrived together (same style, different size) after a few days and accompanying paperwork read as though order was complete. Queried this with customer services who advised 3rd pair was coming direct from the manufacturer. They arrived a few days later but without paperwork. I have tried to return two pairs to my local store but because no paperwork for one, they were unable to do it and were unable to get hold of customer services (Sunday) They were very helpful and have promised to sort it for me but there is clearly a flaw in the system which would make me think twice about ordering online in future.

One of the items was dispatched on behalf of the supplier, we do ask they include a copy of the invoice within the package so it makes it easy for our customers to return an item should they find this unsuitable. Received the item i ordered in good time. Quality product as expected. I did have to return the boots as I didn't like the style on me. Had to pay to return which I dont expect to have to do when I purchase online. This shop has a huge choice of items to choose from. Unfortunately not in all sizes. May buy again from here if they have what I want and I am not able to purchase what I want from somewhere else that doesn't expect me to pay for returns.
